1 pound pecans (and/or almonds) 1 cup sugar 1 tbsp ground cinnamon 2 tsp vanilla extract 1 egg white 1/2 tsp salt (or your preference) 2 tsp water Instructions Preheat oven to 250 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or non-stick foil. Mix the sugar, cinnamon and salt in a large ziploc bag. Whisk the egg white, vanilla and water with a fork in a large bowl until frothy. Add the pecans (or almonds) to the egg white mixture and stir until they are well coated. Pour the pecans into the ziploc bag, seal and shake until well coated with your cinnamon/sugar mixture. Spread them out on your prepared baking sheet into a single layer. Bake for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.

And that’s it! To make Colloidal Silver at home, take the three 9 volt batteries. Your 9-volt battery has 2 terminals, or connectors, on one end: positive and negative.
Attach them together in the following way: Line up two of the batteries side by side. Take the third battery, flip it over to the opposite side of the first two, and attach it, positive to negative, to one of each of the two original batteries at its corresponding connector.
Think of it as a puzzle; each of the two original batteries will be joined with the third battery by one it’s connectors creating the potential for a current.
Next, take your alligator clips, and attach each one to the remaining terminals of the two original batteries. The other end of both alligator clips will then be attached to the pure silver wire.
Make sure it is 99.9999 % pure, to avoid contaminating your colloidal silver with other substances.
Next, immerse the silver wire in a glass container of distilled water. The silver wire should be underwater. The alligator clips attached to the silver wire should be ABOVE water.

••1.5 lbs chicken tenderloins ••4 cups chicken stock ••1 can cream of chicken soup ••1 tsp salt ••1 1\2 tsp pepper ••1 cup half and half ••1 tsp rosemary ••1\2 tsp thyme ••8 oz each carrots and corn, drained ••1 1\2 cups baking mix ••1\2 cup milk
Boil or steam chicken until done and shred. Combine stock, soup, half and half, salt, pepper, rosemary, and thyme, bring to a boil, add chicken and veggies, reduce heat to medium and cook for 10 min. Meanwhile, combine the baking mix and milk and drop by spoonful on top of chicken mixture. Cook uncovered for 10 min, then cook and cook 10 to 15 more min

Bake in preheated 350° oven for 25-30 minutes or until edges turn golden

1 Clove garlic, minced 3 stalks, celery, chopped 3 carrots, peeled and chopped 1 onion diced 10 oz box frozen spinach (unthawed) 2 cans cream of chicken soup 2 cans water 32 oz chicken broth Family size package of cheese or chicken tortellini, half cooked
Put olive oil in the bottom of a large soup/stock pan
Saute' garlic, celery, carrots and onions until tender
Add frozen spinach. Break up blocks of spinach as you cook
Continue to saute' until spinach thaws, then heats up
Add cream of chicken soup and water
Add chicken broth and then add tortellini
Heat and Serve

Cream Cheese Pound Cake...with any flavoring you want..
3 stick of butter(softened) 1 - 8 oz cream cheese(softened) 3 cups of sugar 6 eggs 3 cups of plain flour(sifted) 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon baking powder 1 teaspoon of any flavorings you have...I have 10 different flavoring so I used all in this cake..but you can use whatever you like ..I love mixing them up to get a different taste with each bite..

HERE IS HOW TO MAKE YOUR OWN BLACK WALNUT HULL TINCTURE.
START BY COLLECTING BLACK WALNUTS OFF THE GROUND. GET THEM QUICK (NOT THE ONES THAT HAVE BEEN ON THE GROUND FOR A LONG TIME)
Select a good quality 80 proof vodka (40% alcohol by volume).
Clean your tincturing vessel (a mason jar will work just fine) and fill about 1/3 full with vodka.
With a sharp knife, cut off hulls and drop into vodka.
Fill jar with hulls, covering with additional vodka as needed.
When jar is full, cover and store out of direct sunlight for around 4-6 weeks, mixing or stirring every few days.
Strain out hulls and store your black walnut tincture in a clean glass bottle. (Colored glass jars will help preserve the active ingredients.)
Best brewed fresh each season, but will likely maintain some medicinal value for years, depending on conditions.
HERE IS THE WAY TO MAKE YOUR OWN NEEM TINCTURE:
Cover the neem leaves with water at a ratio of one kilogram of leaves to five liters of water.
Let the leaves soak over night.
Don't heat or boil the mix. Heat will actually lower the Azadirachtin content of the neem leaf extract.
The next day grind the leaves in the water, and then strain the mixture. ( first I strain the whole brew through something like cheesecloth to remove most of the sludge. Then filter it through filter paper. The result is a clear liquid.)
